Sweepstakes **TERMS AND CONDITIONS**
1. ORGANIZER
The organizer of the competition is LUNERVA GLOW, 40225 Düsseldorf, Germany.
2. PRIZE
The prize is 1x the product of your choice for the online shop lunerwaglow.de. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded.
3. PARTICIPATION PERIOD
The competition runs from March 2, 26 to Sunday, March 8, 26, 11:59 PM.
Entries after the participation period has ended will not be considered.
4. ELIGIBILITY
Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 and over with a residence in Germany. Employees of LUNERVA GLOW and their relatives are excluded from participation.
5. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Participation takes place via Instagram/Facebook by:
- Following the official LUNERVA GLOW account,
- Liking the competition post,
- Commenting on the competition post according to the question asked in the post.
Multiple comments from the same person will be counted as one entry. Posts that violate applicable law or the rights of third parties (e.g., insults, trademark infringements) may be excluded from the competition.
6. DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
The winner will be determined by random drawing from all valid entries after the participation period has ended. The announcement will be made on the following Monday via LUNERVA GLOW's Instagram/Facebook Story and, if applicable, by direct message to the winner's account.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, LUNERVA GLOW reserves the right to re-draw the prize.
7. DISCLAIMER
LUNERVA GLOW is not liable for technical malfunctions that may affect participation in the competition (e.g., network or server problems).
8. DATA PROTECTION
For participation in the competition, the public username of the social media account and, in the event of winning, the data necessary for sending the prize (e.g., name, address, email address) will be processed. The data will be used exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the competition and will subsequently be deleted unless there are legal retention obligations. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

9. RELEASE FROM INSTAGRAM/FACEBOOK
This competition is not affiliated with Instagram or Facebook and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram or Facebook.
The contact person and responsible party is exclusively LUNERVA GLOW.
10. EARLY TERMINATION / CHANGES
LUNERVA GLOW reserves the right to prematurely terminate, interrupt, or adjust the terms of the competition for good cause, if necessary and if the change is reasonable for the participants.
